Arm has launched its most advanced compute subsystem (CSS) platform, called Lumex, to enhance the performance of consumer devices. This new platform is designed to deliver faster on-device AI, gaming experiences, and real-time intelligence. With the introduction of the Lumex CSS platform, Arm aims to enable a wide range of use cases for on-device AI, including voice assistants, translation services, and personalized experiences. The new SME2-enabled Arm CPUs integrated into the Lumex platform offer up to 5 times faster AI performance, unlocking unprecedented possibilities for developers.
