Attack of UAVs on Kuban now – November 2, 2025

The Krasnodar Territory was attacked by drones during the night on Sunday. This was reported on November 2 by the regional operational headquarters. Just shortly before midnight, a representative of Rosaviatsia warned of temporary restrictions on the operation of airports in Krasnodar and Sochi. The ‘Carpet’ plan has also been put into effect in Gelendzhik and Volgograd. Airports are not accepting or sending flights. Around midnight, the head of Gelendzhik, Alexey Bogodistov, announced that air defense systems are in operation in the city. The threat of drone attacks was then declared in Sochi (according to the mayor, Andrey Proshunin) and on the federal territory of ‘Sirius’ (according to the head of the administration, Dmitry Plishkin).
