In August, 122.2 thousand new passenger cars were sold in Russia. An important trend emerged – the share of cars from previous years dropped below 40% for the first time, reaching 38.3%. This confirms the gradual depletion of 2024 inventory stocks and the transition to newer models. The increase in purchases is attributed to the improved economic conditions in the country.
