Bihar Election: Second Phase Records 47% Voter Turnout by 1 PM

The Bihar election recorded a 47.62% voter turnout in the second phase involving 122 constituencies by 1 PM. The total election, for Bihar’s 243 constituencies, is conducted in two phases. 121 constituencies had their first phase of voting completed on the 6th date. Following this, the voter turnout for the remaining 122 constituencies is happening today. This final phase involves 1,302 candidates across the 122 constituencies. With over 3.7 crore eligible voters having the right to vote, 45,399 polling stations are set up for them.
