The Election Commission of Bihar is preparing the voter list with special arrangements. Speaking about the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, Chief Election Commissioner Jnanesh Kumar said, “We will declare our commitment to many new reforms at the right time and extend them to the entire country.” For the first time, ballot papers with candidates’ color photos will be used in EVMs.
