There is absolutely nothing. What happened was the meeting on December 7th (with the military commanders), and a meeting is not an armed attempt against the democratic rule of law. A discussion about constitutional measures that were not implemented cannot be the basis for a conviction. Mauro Cid’s testimony is a scandal and sets a highly dangerous precedent.
