Botafogo and Santos draw in a match with the fastest goal of the Brasileirão

Botafogo and Santos drew 2-2 at Nilton Santos Stadium in the 30th round of the Brazilian Championship. Joaquín Correa scored both goals for the hosts, while Souza and Barreal scored for Santos. The first Botafogo goal was scored at 22 seconds into the match, making it the fastest goal of the Brasileirão so far. The result is disappointing for both teams’ goals. Botafogo remains at 47 points, in sixth place, not closing in on the G4. Mirassol has 55 points. Santos, on the other hand, reaches 32 points and sits in 16th place, not distancing themselves from the Z4. Vitória, one point behind, is now in the relegation zone. Botafogo will face Mirassol next Saturday in a crucial match for the G4. Santos, on their end, will host Fortaleza on Monday, a decisive match for both teams fighting against relegation.
