Bradesco sues Ambipar director; understand the company’s situation

Bradesco filed a lawsuit against Ambipar’s Integration and Finance director, Thiago da Costa Silva, to prevent him from alienating assets. The petition addressed to the 18th Civil Court of São Paulo was filed on Tuesday (21), a day after the judicial recovery request, indirectly mentioning other executives from the company, citing suspicion of accounting fraud. The action aims to prevent the alienation of assets as a ‘market warning’. Ambipar claims Bradesco is pressuring its directors with multiple legal actions. The response was signed by 17 lawyers from four different law firms, including Luis Felipe Salomão Filho.
