ABU DHABI – Prime Minister Mark Carney’s visit to Abu Dhabi aims at advancing trade and investment relations with the United Arab Emirates. According to senior officials, Carney is set to complete a foreign investment protection agreement with the UAE by the end of the week. Additionally, both countries are preparing to kick off negotiations for a comprehensive free trade agreement that will encompass various economic sectors. The trip follows a recent collaboration agreement between the two nations focused on artificial intelligence and data centers.
