Former Bollywood actress Celina Jaitly expressed her heartfelt gratitude after the Delhi High Court intervened to provide assistance to her brother, Major (Retd.) Vikrant Kumar Jaitly, who has been detained in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) since 2024. She shared on Instagram, ‘I write this from the gates of the esteemed Delhi High Court with immense gratitude, as after an arduous 14 months I have finally reached the light at the end of the dark tunnel.’ Jaitly revealed that the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi heard her writ petition regarding her brother’s situation, issuing a notice and appointing a nodal officer to coordinate assistance and contact. Recognizing her brother’s sacrifices, she vowed to continue her prayers for his safe return.
