Palmeiras and Vasco are set for the 26th round clash in Brasileirão. Kick-off is at 7pm (Brasília time) at Allianz Parque in São Paulo.
Teams Line-ups
Palmeiras’ coach, Abel Ferreira, has lined up his team as follows: Weverton; Giay, Gustavo Gómez, Murilo, and Piquerez; Moreno, Andreas Pereira, Raphael Veiga, and Felipe Anderson; Flaco López and Vitor Roque. On the other hand, Vasco, under Fernando Diniz, will take the field with: Léo Jardim; Paulo Henrique, Lucas Oliveira, Roberto Renan, and Puma Rodríguez; Hugo Moura, Tchê Tchê, and Coutinho; Nuno Moreira, Vegetti, and Rayan.
The Flaco-Roque duo shines for Palmeiras, who secured a spot in the Libertadores semis last week. However, they suffered a defeat against Bahia in Salvador over the weekend.
If Palmeiras wins, they will narrow the gap with Flamengo to two points. Flamengo currently leads the table with 54 points, while Palmeiras sits at 49 points.
On the other side, Vasco aims to continue their seven-game unbeaten streak. They are currently in 12th place on the table with 30 points accumulated.
