Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced during a routine press conference that Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs, will host the tenth Foreign Ministers’ Meeting of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation in Anning, Yunnan from tomorrow until Friday. The spokesperson also mentioned that an informal meeting between China and Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand will take place during the conference. The Lancang-Mekong Cooperation is a new type of regional cooperation mechanism, jointly built and shared by China, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam.
