General Motors has launched a new Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP) for the Cadillac CT4 sedans of the 2025–2026 model years in the United States. The reason behind this initiative is the potential problems with the fastening of the engine thermostat housing. According to the company, on some vehicles, bolts may have been incorrectly tightened during assembly, which could result in coolant leakage and overheating issues.
