Corinthians beats Athletico and advances in the Brazilian Cup with brilliance of young star

The Corinthians are in the semifinals of the Brazilian Cup. On Wednesday, the team once again defeated Athletico, 2-0, at the Neo Química Arena. Corinthians will face either Cruzeiro or Atlético-MG in the semifinals, who will play on Thursday at 7:30 pm (Brasília time). The advantage is currently with Cruzeiro, who won the first leg 2-0 at the Arena MRV. The semifinals will take place in December. Corinthians and Athletico now turn their focus to the Brazilian Serie A. Corinthians will face Fluminense on Saturday at 9 pm, while Athletico will play Chapecoense on Tuesday at 9:35 pm in the Serie B.
