Court authorizes searches at Hytalo Santos’ address

The Court authorized, this Wednesday (13), searches at the address of Paraiban influencer Hytalo Santos. The decision came after requests made in a Public Civil Action proposed by the Public Ministry of Paraíba. There is no information yet about the execution of the decision. In the ruling, the judge authorizes searches to seize cell phones, computers, and other equipment used in recordings made by the Paraiban. Hytalo is being investigated for alleged commercial exploitation of images of children and teenagers on social media. Another investigation is also ongoing. The inquiry report will be finalized next week.
