Delhi, August 25: The Delhi High Court has ruled against the disclosure of information related to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s bachelor’s degree. The court sided with the Central Information Commission (CIS) regarding an order issued on this matter. The Right to Information (RTI) Act allows citizens to request information from public authorities. The CIS had previously directed Delhi University and the Prime Minister’s Office to provide details regarding Modi’s educational qualification. However, the matter was taken to court for further deliberation.
