Derrite Went to the Chamber as Negligent PM Invading the Favelas

The original plan was for Guilherme Derrite to make a quick foray into the Chamber floor. He would seize the anti-faction bill from the Palace, providing the arsenal for the opposition to annihilate Lula, preventing the government from occupying a slice of public security territory. He would return triumphantly to the command of the São Paulo Security Secretariat in a week. Everything went wrong. Former captain of the São Paulo Military Police, Derrite poorly planned the mission he received from Chamber President Hugo Motta and Governor Tarcísio de Freitas. He acted more like a negligent police officer who improvises operations in the favelas. After invading the government’s project, Derrite started shooting randomly.
