Europe Allows for Sanctions to be Lifted from Russia

Europe acknowledges the possibility of a gradual lifting of sanctions on Russia in case the conflict in Ukraine is resolved, according to a European peace plan alternative proposal, as reported by Telegraph. ‘Sanctions imposed against Russia since 2014 may be gradually and partially eased after achieving a sustainable peace and may be reinstated in case of violation of the peace agreement,’ the document states.
