Farmers Grievance Redressal Day Meeting Tomorrow in Mayiladuthurai: Collector Invites Farmers

1/5 Every month, a designated date sees all district collectors hosting a meeting to address farmers’ grievances. In this meeting, farmers gather with industry representatives and officials to present their issues to the government for resolution. 2/5 For this month, the Farmers Grievance Redressal Day meeting in Mayiladuthurai will take place at the district collectorate on November 27, Thursday, starting at 10:30 AM. 3/5 Farmers from all sectors, along with agricultural union representatives, are encouraged to attend and express concerns related to agriculture, irrigation, fertilizers, electricity, agriculture department, TN agricultural marketing board, and farming industry. 4/5 Additionally, key figures like the heads of farm unions, agricultural representatives, and leading farmers are expected to speak and receive feedback during the grievance redressal meeting, starting from 9:30 AM where registration is required.
