A tragic accident occurred this morning on the overbridge near Himmatnagar GIDC in Sabarkantha district, resulting in four people, including a high-level engineer from a highway construction agency, losing their lives on the spot. At the time of this incident, Central Minister Nitin Gadkari and the Chief Minister were inspecting the bridge as part of development work. The details of this unfortunate event were revealed as the officials visited for inspection. The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) had been working day and night on the highway to rectify damages to ensure safety.
