Marbouhi hasn’t seen her daughter in over a month, despite a court order to prevent such actions. An arrest warrant has been issued for ElGammal on parental abduction charges in Newfoundland and Labrador. Marbouhi anxiously awaits news of her daughter’s well-being and safe return home.
