With the qualification, Flamengo has collected $50.2 million in the Libertadores so far. The club secured $3 million ($16.4 million) for participating in the group stage, plus an additional $330,000 ($1.8 million) per victory. Having won three matches in the group stage, they added $5.4 million. Advancing to the round of 16 earned the Rubro-Negro an extra $1.25 million ($6.8 million), and they also received $1.7 million ($9.3 million) for reaching the quarterfinals. By securing a spot in the semifinals, the team met the board’s goal. If they make it to the final, Flamengo’s coffers will be even more filled: the runner-up prize is $7 million ($37.5 million), while the Libertadores champion will receive $24 million ($128.8 million).
