During a flight from Vladivostok to Blagoveshchensk, an SSJ100 aircraft experienced an emergency situation. Passengers witnessed the right engine’s cover opening during takeoff and detaching seconds later. At 09:00 local time, the aircraft made an emergency landing in Khabarovsk. Passengers of flight FV2461 by Russia’s airline Rossiya are waiting for a replacement plane from Vladivostok. However, some passengers decided not to board any other plane and opted for traveling by train.
