Former Inchcape Indomobil Boss Becomes Ford’s Business Captain in Indonesia

Ford RMA Indonesia now has a new leader, Roelof Lamberts, a former executive at Inchcape Indomobil, who has moved to Ford RMA Indonesia. Roelof Lamberts holds the position of regional director and is responsible for strengthening the Ford brand in the country through network development and improved after-sales service. Ford RMA Indonesia has appointed Roelof Lamberts as its new commander. Roelof Lamberts, a former executive at Inchcape Indomobil, has joined Ford RMA Indonesia and taken on the role of regional director. His appointment was announced at the Blue Oval Days press conference in South Jakarta on Tuesday (11/11/2025). Roelof had previously worked at PT Inchape Indomobil Distribution Indonesia, which markets Mercedes-Benz in Indomobil. In his new position, he will bolster the Ford brand’s presence in the country through network expansion, enhanced after-sales service, and the launch of special programs for customers.
