Former PT deputy Paulo Frateschi stabbed to death by son in SP

Former PT deputy Paulo Frateschi (PT) was killed after being stabbed by his own son on Thursday morning (6) in the Lapa neighborhood, western part of São Paulo. The information was confirmed to CNN Brazil by the Workers’ Party. According to the Military Police, Paulo was hit in the head and arm and was taken, in cardiac arrest, to a hospital in the region. The former deputy was attacked during a surge by his son. At the time of the incident, the mother of the attacker tried to intervene and was also injured, suffering minor wounds. Paulo’s son was restrained by agents and taken to the police station. The scene was preserved for investigation by the Public Security Secretary of the state and the case is being registered at the 91st DP (Ceasa).
