From the First Bolt to the Milestone: Ford and Mazda Collaboration Stands the Test of Time

The joint venture between Ford Motor Company and Mazda Motor Corporation, known as Auto Alliance (Thailand) Co., is celebrating its thirtieth anniversary since beginning its production activities in November 1995. The plant produces popular models from both brands: Ford Ranger pickups, Ford Everest SUVs, Mazda 2 compact cars, and Mazda CX-3 and Mazda CX-30 crossovers. Notably, the Mazda CX-3 crossover is produced at this plant specifically for export to Japan. Additionally, the management of Auto Alliance (Thailand) Co. have announced plans to start production of the rugged Ranger Super Duty pickup in the near future. These vehicles will primarily be supplied to the Thailand market, New Zealand, and other international markets.
