Google Unable to Fix Widespread Pixel Phone Issue

Google has admitted that it cannot fix a widespread technical issue affecting its smartphones, as reported by BGR. About six months ago, Pixel phone owners began to complain about device problems. It was found that there is a delay of several seconds when turning on or switching loudspeaker mode, making phone calls inconvenient or impossible. Recently, Google stated that they have been unable to resolve this problem. Media journalists noted that there is no specific reason for this error and Google has not provided additional information on the glitch. ‘We are closing this issue due to lack of information to take action,’ Google support specialists said in November. BGR authors advised users experiencing this issue to report it to Google. It seems that the loudspeaker mode switching bug is prevalent in Pixel 9 and 10 models released in 2024-2025.
