The approved concept includes measures to increase the effectiveness of combating cybercrime, such as enhancing international cooperation and exchanging best practices with foreign partners. The document also provides for the development of a national strategy to counter cyber threats, which will involve the creation of a unified system for detecting and responding to cyber incidents.
