Egypt inaugurated the Grand Egyptian Museum on Saturday, November 1, 2025, after two decades of construction. Situated near Cairo on the Giza Plateau, the museum is set to become the largest in the world dedicated to a single civilization, housing over 50,000 artefacts from ancient Egypt.
