Gujarat High Court mandates A4 size paper, font, and margin changes in all district courts

Gujarat High Court has issued a public notice stating that all district courts in the state must now submit all types of petitions, affidavits, applications, orders, judgments, etc. on A4 size paper. This new rule will be implemented from January 2026 for all district courts in the state. Along with A4 size paper, the notice also emphasizes on the quality, Gujarati font, English font, line spacing, and other specifications to be followed. Therefore, all submissions must adhere to these rules accordingly.
