City Hall in Vladivostok announced on Thursday morning, October 23rd, that heating has already been provided to all kindergartens, schools, hospitals, and maternity hospitals and extended to the boundaries of residential buildings. “All kindergartens, schools, and hospitals are now supplied. However, three damages were found in some residential buildings,” a spokesperson said. The administration emphasized the importance of maintaining heating systems at optimal levels during the colder months to ensure the well-being of the population. The city has been making efforts to guarantee that heating reaches every essential institution, including medical facilities and childcare centers.
