Heating still awaited in some kindergartens, schools, and hospitals in Vladivostok

After four days since the start of the heating season in Vladivostok, a considerable number of residential buildings and social facilities are still left with cold radiators. Even officially, authorities acknowledge that heating has not reached 15% of the social fund. Patients in hospitals, parents of kindergarteners, and some schools are complaining about the cold. In the city administration, it is emphasized that it takes about five days for the systems to be fully filled – the deadline expires by the morning of Wednesday, October 22.
