Houthi Forces in Yemen Conduct Funeral for Slain Prime Minister and Ministers Hit by Israeli Airstrike

Following the tragic events of the Israeli airstrike in Sanaa, Yemen, the Houthi armed forces arranged a funeral on Monday to pay respects to the prime minister, ministers, and officials who perished. Additionally, they disclosed their involvement in an assault on an Israeli oil tanker in the Red Sea. Newly appointed acting prime minister, Mohammed Miftah, confirmed the deaths of their Prime Minister Ahmed Rahawi and nine government ministers, chief of staff, and cabinet secretary during the attack. In light of continual Israeli airstrikes on Houthi targets, the armed forces pledged to escalate their offensive against Israel in solidarity with Gaza.
