The Telangana government is considering naming several prominent streets in Hyderabad after personalities. The Telangana government, led by Congress, has proposed naming a road in Gachibowli after US Consul General to Hyderabad, Donald Trump. This will mark the first time Trump’s name is attached to a road in the world. Chief Minister KCR’s office mentioned this decision in a statement published by a newspaper. Just ahead of the ‘Telangana Rising Global Summit,’ the government revealed the decision to name Greenfield Road in Raviryal after Ratan Tata, linking it to Nehru Outer Ring Road (RRR). The ‘Tata Innovation Exchange’ is already a part of the Raviryal locality.
