The Governor of the Federal District, Ibaneis Rocha (MDB), and the Vice-Governor Celina Leão (PP) did not attend the traditional civic-military parade celebrating Independence Day, held on Sunday, 7/9, at the Esplanade of Ministries. Ibaneis, who participated in the 2023 and 2024 editions, is in Washington, the capital of the United States, to take part in the Lide Brazil Development Forum program.
