Those who lived through the 1980s or are fans of old soap operas certainly know Lídia Brondi, star of several soap operas from that decade, such as ‘Baila comigo’ (1981), ‘Roque Santeiro’ (1985), and ‘Vale tudo’ (1988). This Wednesday (29), she turns 65, with the last 34 years spent away from television. But how is she doing now? The last plot in which Brondi participated was ‘Meu bem, meu mal’ in 1991, when she decided to step away from television after experiencing panic attacks. In the last 34 years, she has lived a discreet life, far from the spotlight, and still works as a psychologist, a career she has pursued in recent decades.
