IND vs AUS: Can Sanju Samson and Harshal Patel make a comeback? Possibility of Rinku Singh joining the T20 series, will Suryakumar Yadav get a chance in the fifth T20 match?

India vs Australia in Brisbane: The final T20 match between India and Australia is set to take place tomorrow. India leads the T20 series 2-1. India and Australia will face each other on the Brisbane field. They last met at this ground in 2018 when India suffered a defeat by 4 runs. However, under the leadership of Suryakumar Yadav, the team is determined to secure a 3-1 victory in the series. Australia aims to level the series by winning the upcoming match, leading to a 2-2 draw.

Australia may consider making changes to the squad to win the match in Brisbane. The fast outfield and bowlers’ assistance at Brisbane could prompt squad changes. Australia’s recent defeat in the Gold Coast series has put them behind 1-2 in the ongoing series. The odds of Australia making changes to their squad appear low.

Chance for India to make three changes
To strengthen the middle order, India could consider giving Sanju Samson another chance. Jitesh Sharma might replace Sanju Samson in the squad as he impressed with his 22 runs off 3 balls. If India aims to win the fifth T20 match, they must make the best use of their bowlers who performed well in the Asia Cup. Suryakumar Yadav could be promoted to the third spot, with Tilak Varma at fourth and Sanju Samson at the fifth spot.

Hard-hitting bowler Harshal Patel could get a chance instead of Shivam Dube in the squad. In case Shivam Dube is dropped, Washington Sundar or Rinku Singh could fill the vacant spot. Rinku Singh has not played a single match in this series. The possibility of three changes in the fast bowling department for Brisbane is low, hence India may give a chance to Jasprit Bumrah, Arshdeep Singh, and Harshal Patel. Meanwhile, Varun Chakravarthy and Akshar Patel could help in the spin department.

Potential Indian Squad: Abhishek Sharma, Shubman Gill, Suryakumar Yadav (captain), Tilak Varma, Sanju Samson (wicketkeeper), Akshar Patel, Harshal Patel, Rinku Singh, Arshdeep Singh, Jasprit Bumrah, Varun Chakravarthy
