In the first test between India and South Africa, Eden Gardens witnessed a cluster of wickets falling on the first day. However, a completely different picture was seen in the second test in Guwahati. Although four wickets fell in the final session, only two wickets fell in the first two sessions. Proteas batsmen also made history during the match. India’s captain Virat Kohli won the toss as the 38th Test captain, but South African captain Quinton de Kock’s team took to the field after a swap of innings.
