New Delhi: Due to the increased demand for agricultural products following the festive season, India’s agricultural production saw a 13.54% increase in September, reaching 220.5 million tons. In the second quarter of the previous fiscal year, the agricultural production for the same month had increased to 194.2 million tons. In the fiscal year, the agricultural production increased to 13.90 million metric tons, and the September 2024 production stands at 13.24 million metric tons, showing a steady increase in production.
