IndiGo Airlines introduces Rs.610 crore refund for passengers!

Due to the vast fleet of airplanes being grounded because of the company’s cutbacks, thousands of travelers are facing major disruptions. The airline’s customer service department is setting guidelines for refunding passengers affected by the reduction. Passengers must apply for refunds for flights scheduled for Sundays starting at 8 p.m. Refunds won’t be charged extra fees for changing their travel time. Their requests must be approved within 48 hours by the IndiGo company.
