Indonesia authorizes repatriation of British woman sentenced to death

Indonesia will sign, this Tuesday, an agreement authorizing the repatriation of two British citizens, including a 60-year-old woman sentenced to death for drug trafficking. ‘The practical agreement will be signed today. The transfer will take place immediately after the technical aspects of the transfer have been agreed upon,’ said an unidentified source to the AFP agency. The two individuals to be transferred have been identified as Lindsay Sandiford, the British woman sentenced to death, and the other British citizen involved in the agreement.
