At Kennedy Park, the photographic exhibition ‘Wonders of Indonesia’ was inaugurated, the result of an agreement between the Municipality of Miraflores and the Embassy of Indonesia. The ceremony was attended by Ambassador Ricky Suhendar and Councilor Betsabé Noriega Sarria de Chu. The exhibition celebrates the 50 years of diplomatic relations between Indonesia and Peru, showcasing images of iconic places like Borobudur, Prambanan, Komodo, Raja Ampat, and Bali, as well as portraying the everyday life and art of its people. In addition to sustainable tourism, cultural exchange, economic cooperation, and education, both countries also collaborate in security (combatting drug trafficking and illegal trade), food and agriculture, transitional energy, mining, defense, fisheries, and aquaculture.
