After Nico Hulkenberg, Oscar Piastri, and Franco Colapinto spun and crashed almost simultaneously at the Sol Curve after hitting a kerb with water puddles during the sprint race, the organizers of the São Paulo Formula 1 GP made changes to the section for Sunday. None of the drivers ‘got tangled’ with another and all of them touched the wet kerb, spun, and ended up in the protective barrier. The impact of the Argentine driver was the most significant, but he did not have any further serious problems. In addition to Colapinto, Piastri also retired from the race.
