Chandigarh (Serious): Gangster Jagdeep Singh, aka Jaggu Bhagwanpuria, has filed a petition in the High Court seeking security, fearing that he might be eliminated under the guise of a ‘fake encounter’ while in police custody or attacked by rival gangsters. Currently, he is in Amritsar Central Jail facing various charges. Jaggu Bhagwanpuria was taken to Punjab last night. He has demanded special directions from the High Court for ensuring his safety and protecting his life and freedom while in custody.
