Jeddah Airport: Record-breaking 48.6 million passengers in November

Jeddah: King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah achieved record numbers in November with an 8.6% increase in passengers compared to the previous year. A total of 48.6 million passengers passed through the airport in November alone. The number of air services also saw growth, with a 10.6% increase totaling 25,900 services. November 20 was the busiest day, with over 176,800 passengers using the airport. This marked a 9.6% increase from the previous record for the busiest day. The number of handled baggage items also rose significantly to 560,000, reflecting a 25.4% growth.
