Nazwa Aliya (19), a resident of Jalan Bejo, Gang Sejahtera, Dusun XVl, Kecamatan Percut Seituan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, was in critical condition in Cambodia. The Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemlu) sent a diplomatic note to Cambodian authorities to investigate Nazwa Aliya’s death. The cause of her death was an overdose of drugs. The ministry is seeking cooperation from Cambodia to conduct a thorough investigation into the circumstances that led to Nazwa Aliya’s tragic death.
