The Central Meteorological Department has informed today that strong rainfall is expected in the state starting from today. No specific warnings have been issued for the next 5 days in any district. At the same time, the possibility of heavy rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms in isolated places from December 2 to 5 is also highlighted by the Central Meteorological Department. Newly recruited fishermen are directed to be cautious. The Central Meteorological Department has stated that there is no ban on fishing in the Kerala-Karnataka-Lakshadweep coastal areas today.
