President Trump spoke shortly after Lula and the two had a brief encounter, exchanging greetings and agreeing to talk. According to Trump, there was good ‘chemistry’ between him and Lula. Lula stated after the meeting, ‘What seemed impossible became possible, and it happened,’ regarding the encounter with Donald Trump during the UN General Assembly, and that ‘there was indeed chemistry’ with the President of the United States.
