President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) said on Thursday (23) that the Brazilian presidency in Mercosur aims to advance by the end of 2025 in a preferential trade agreement with Indonesia. The leader’s statement comes at an economic forum where he also defended measures to facilitate trade in local currencies among the countries within the Brics framework.
