Maoist party’s central committee issued a statement expelling Mallujula Venugopal and Ashanna for misconduct. The leaders were found guilty of misconduct and were expelled from the party. The statement mentioned that public punishment will be meted out to them. The decision was taken due to their misuse of weapons. The action was taken to send a strong message to party members and the public alike. The expulsion was announced in various locations including Hyderabad, Charla, and Chinturu.
